Hunting:

Simon has been hunting dog all of his life.  He is strong with an excellent quality nose to find and point birds.  He has consistently hunted and retrieved more than 100 pheasants in the fall hunting season.  He has also been used for duck and goose hunting retrieving in the harshest conditions of snow and ice.  He is now 13 yrs old and was still hunting and retrieving thru last year.

Temperament:

Simon is a bold male with great endurance who will hunt all day if allowed but easy and cooperative to live with and train.  He is very affectionate and loyal.  He gives 100% in what ever he is asked to do.

Coat:  

He has a excellent quality, very dense medium harsh coat with good under coat.
