We are delighted to announce Pearl (Aligngriffs Hehewuti) was mated via transcervical insemination with frozen semen from Z (Zerubbabel Von Herrenhausen) in December of 2023. Monty aka, Aligngriffs Montgomery was born 20 Feburary, a beautiful singleton. Pearl has been a perfect mother despite an elctive c- section for failure to progress her stage 2 labour which is often the case with singletons and or very small litters as not enough circulating cortisol from pups to instigate hard labour. He arrived big, healthy and in 6 days has already nearly doubled his birthweight.
Pearl has proven to be outstanding in both form, function and disposition. She is wide ranging hunter and has a very strong prey drive. Pearl has also shown a natural loving nurturing extinct as evidenced by her love for her sister Kit's puppies; often found laying with them and offering playful companionship.
Z's accolades speak for themselves:
American Champion followed by Grand Champion, American International Champion UCH and was the first Wirehaired Pointing Griffon dog in the USA to attain the coveted AKC Master Hunter Advanced CGC title. Z lived a healthy 15 year life and was a loving, easy to live with Griff as comfortable in the show ring as he was acting as the hunt dog on Gryphon Ranch, the family owned pheasant shooting preserve.
Due to the exceptional working lineage, this pup is going to loving working home.
